    New London

    Angel Gonzalez, 28, of 31 Blinman St., Apt. 4, was charged Sunday with second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

    Anastasia Jackson, 21, of 93 Godfrey Road, Mystic, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Bruce Algier Jr., 41, of Westerly was charged Monday with possession of narcotics and risk of injury to a minor.

    Marcia Sapere, 33, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Jose Hernandez-Rosa, 24, of 80 Maple Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with driving without a license, failure to have lit headlamps, failure to wear eye protection and making unnecessary noise.

    State Police — Montville

    Robert W. St. John, 24, of 171 Pray Hill Road, Chepachet, R.I., was charged Sunday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

    Stonington

    Ryan R. Farrell, 28, of 207 Whitehall Ave., Apt. 3, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with third-degee larceny.

    Devon Adams-Almstad, 18, of 78 Hunts Brook Road was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Adam Fleming, 30, of 14 Wild Rose Place was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and interfering with an emergency call.

    Gregory Bohara, 29, of 26 Terrace Drive, Oakdale, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

    Stephane Bien-Aime, 23, of 122 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
