    Aaron St. Pierre, 21, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Norwich

    William Bbriggs, 35, of 192 Route 32, Franklin, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and second-degree harrassment.

    Gypsy Calo, 52, of 51 Freeman Ave. was charged Jan. 7 with driving with a suspended license and traveling too fast for conditions.

    Karl Palomino, 52, of 6 Kerrie Court, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Henri Labonte, 25, of 175 Broadway, Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Anthony Williams, 35, of 136 Broad St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility.

    Shawn Chapman, 44, of 707 Route 32, Uncasville, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and failure to illuminate headlights.

    C.J. C. Wingate, 20, of 53 Oakwood Knoll was charged Monday with third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree larceny of a motor vehicle.

    Jeremy E. Rivera, 21, of 150 Yantic St., No. 313, was charged Monday with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of a hallucinogen, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

    Ashmed Estrella-Rivera, 36, of 149 Central Ave. was charged Tuesday with misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, traveling unreasonably fast, having insufficient insurance and driving without a license.
