David A. Kurokawa, 33, of 40 Latham St., No. 2F, was charged Thursday with possession of an assault weapon.
Norwich
Derek Beebe, 35, of 136 Hunters Road, No. 7, was charged Thursday with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Tony Bombardier, 57, of Attleboro, Mass., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.
