Avery M. Hallbrooks, 26, of 15 Overlook Drive, Waterford, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Michael Costas, 32, of 154 State St., No. 2, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Miguel Ramos, 44, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

William W. Bist, 39, of 8 Linda Lane, Plainfield, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, misuse of plates and operating a uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle.
