    Groton City

    Thomas Monroe, 50, of 915 Eastern Point Road was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Groton Town

    Donald W. Renaldi, 52, of 21 Depot Road was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. 

    Fred T. Lyons, 23, of New York, N.Y., was charged Monday with third-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.

    State police — Montville

    Melissa Williamson, 33, of 7 Sandpiper Lane, East Lyme, was charged Tuesday in Waterford with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Crystal G. Mackin, 33, of 164 Packer Road, Canterbury, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Norwich

    Edgar Mateo, 18, of 186 Sandy Lane was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree threatening.

    Stonington

    Tyion M. Motley, 38, of 24 Homestead Road, Apt. C, Ledyard, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christopher Lehevissier, 28, of Hope Valley, R.I., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Thomas B. Lance III, 66, of 12 Courtland St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with second-degree forgery.

    Amanda M. Morrone, 38, of Westerly was charged Feb. 22 with evading responsibility, making a restricted turn and driving in violation of license classification.

    State police — Westbrook

    Lisa Marie Pothier, 34, of 85 Boston Post Road, Old Lyme, was charged Feb. 19 in Old Lyme with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

    David A. Robinette, 24, of 967 Long Cove Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Feb. 14 in Middletown with being a fugitive from justice.

    Rebecca A. Gergler, 32, of Westbrook was charged Feb. 12 in Westbrook with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
