Crash on I-95 in East Lyme snarls traffic

East Lyme — One lane was closed after a tractor-trailer and a vehicle crashed on Interstate 95 north near Exit 75 Tuesday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The highway remains congested back to Exit 73 because of the wreck, which happened just after 8 a.m.
