    Reid Judd, 58, of 195 Williams St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Scott Kessler, 47, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal trespass.

    Francisco Guarguila, 44, of 50 Montauk Ave. was charged Tuesday with interfering with a 911 call and disorderly conduct.

    Robert J. Porter, 47, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with possession of a hallucinogen.

    Christopher J. Lathrop, 36, of 194 Connecticut Ave. was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and violation of probation or conditional discharge.

    Jesus Tito Velez, 44, 51 Belden St. was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

    Melissa Spero, 40, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    William Shallcross Sr., 69, of 71 Morgan St. was charged Monday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Nicholas Burdick-Rasmusse, 22, of 63 Westomere Terrace was charged Monday with speeding, driving without a license and failure to have minimum insurance.

    William Ayala, 29, of no certain address was charged Monday with possession of a dangerous weapon, unlawful restraint, reckless endangerment, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    State police — Montville

    Winter Ellen Riffle, 21, of 1918 Center Groton Road, Ledyard, was charged in Montville Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Daniel Or Witherspoon, 39, of 178 Slater Ave., Jewett City, was charged in Griswold Tuesday with disorderly conduct.

    Steven Bell, 31, of 59 Old Post Road, Clinton, was charged in East Lyme Wednesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Luz Z. Morales, 38, of 538 Thmaes St., Apt. 2, Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
