Jarell Anderson, 31, of 40 High Rock Road was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Alexander C. Velletri, 18, of 73 Colony Road was charged Sunday with driving by a minor with an elevated blood alcohol content, failure to carry a license, failure to drive on the right, failure to display plates, possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of narcotics.

Chasze L. Green, 29, of 470 Gold Star Highway, No. 101, was charged Sunday with interfering with police, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Joan C. Rojas, 30, of Providence was charged Tuesday in Groton with interfering with police.

Billy Jean D. Messier, 23, of 74 N. Main St., Griswold, was charged Monday in Griswold with risk of injury to a minor.

Michael J. Stanley, 24, of 70 Westminster Road, Manchester, was charged Monday in Norwich with reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.  

Michael Cote, 31, of Glasgo Road, Griswold, was charged Monday in Norwich with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Lisa L. Decora, 41, of 11 King Arthur Drive, East Lyme, was charged Monday in East Lyme with narcotics not kept in an original container and conveying an unauthorized item into a correctional facility.

Eric Murphy, 26, of 8 Laurel Leaf Road, Ledyard, was charged Sunday in Preston with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency.

Benjamin Dollinger, 29, of Westerly was charged Sunday in North Stonington with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Henry Pepas Jr., 29, of 27 Grant Court was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Robert W. Johnson III, 37, of 17 Sylvester St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court and violation of probation.
