Billy Jean Dany Messier, 23, of Sebec, Maine, was charged Saturday in Griswold with risk of injury to a minor.

Erica Miner, 28, of 25 Tiller St., No. 5, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Rontae Witherspoon, 29, of 39 Moore Ave., No 2, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief.

Stephen Smith, 26, of 32 Lebanon Ave., Willimantic, was charged Saturday with using a cellphone while driving, interfering with a police officer, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and failure to obey officer's signal.
