Michael R. Turner, 35, of 59 Granite St., Apt. 11, Westerly, was charged Thursday with using a cellphone while driving, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of markers.
Pia V. Perry, 31, of 23 Tautog St., Groton, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
