    Groton City

    Jarrod S. Edwards, 36, of 239 Benham Road, No. 18, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell. 

    Groton Town

    Sara M. McLaughlin, 37, of 1 Garden St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Troy A. Coons, 37, of 11 Velvet Lane, Mystic, was charged Sunday with breach of peace. 

    Tammy J. Santoro, 37, of 21 Fort Hill Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and risk of injury to a minor.

    Charles G. Barrett, III, 26, of 75 Fair Acres Circle, Mystic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, traveling too fast for conditions and a stop sign violation.

    New London

    Mark Jeannet, 28, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

    Adrian Jones, 41, of 19 Hawthorne Drive, Unit 198, was charged Monday with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

    Robert Santiago, 35, of no certain address was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Bretgie Cruz, 28, of 575 Boswell Ave. was charged Tuesday with interfering with police, cruelty to animals and disorderly conduct.

    Romeyr Murphy, 49, of Hempstead, N.H., was charged Tuesday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and one count of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christopher Ruley, 26, of 143 Hickory St. was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Timothy A. Stahl, 39, of 187 Scotland Road, Sprague, was charged Tuesday in Sprague with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault on a blind, disabled, pregnant or elderly person.
