    Groton City

    Jonathan Morascini, 53, of Davie, Fla., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and speeding.

    Ashley M. Hogstad, 19, of 324 Shennecossett Road was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Kyle O. Hughes, 30, of 324 Shennecossett Road was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault.

    Eric Murphy, 26, of 98 Vinegar Hill Road was charged Monday with reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Dallas Smith, 22, of87 Marino Drive, Groton, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Nicholas Harris, 24, of 3 Fox Trail, Mashantucket, was charged May 22 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Tanisha M. Prince, 41, of 471 E. Main St., Norwich, was charged May 22 on a warrant with violation of a protective order.

    Melissa Medeiros, 23, of South Dartmouth, Mass., was charged May 21 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Daniel Rivera, 25, of Bozrah was charged May 21 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Savanna Mitchell, 21, of Whitman, Mass., was charged May 16 with breach of peace.

    Latoshia Pharham, 33, of 11 High St., Groton, was charged May 12 with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Justin Varas, 31, of Westerly was charged May 11 with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Desiree Fallavollita, 36, of 163 Norwood Ave., New London, was charged May 11 with possession of narcotics and breach of peace.

    Derek J. Means, 24, of Revere, Mass., was charged May 10 with third-degree assault.

    Genice Torres, 21, of Hartford was charged May 7 with breach of peace.

    A 17-year-old Norwich female was charged May 5 with misrepresentation of age to procure liquor, improper use of a license and interfering with an officer.

    Donald Chen, 46, of Newton, Mass., was charged May 5 with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Mei Dong Lin, 30, of Flushing, N.Y., was charged May 5 with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Huy B. Nguyen, 32, of Hartford was charged May 4 with breach of peace.

    Gabriel Torres, 22, of Methuen, Mass., was charged May 4 with breach of peace.

    Sean Casey, 47, of Bellingham, Mass., was charged May 4 with breach of peace.

    Paul Gormley, 56, of 252 Old Canterbury Turnpike, Lot 3, was charged Tuesday with first-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

    Joseph Nahass, 19, of 22 Sea Breeze Ave., Niantic, was charged Monday in Waterford with traveling at an unreasonable speed, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of alcohol by a minor.

    Stonington

    Lynn A. Lacasse, 54, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and using a hand-held cellphone while driving.

    Cullen S. Faulise, 22, of 5 Mystic Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Erin R. Johnson, 40, of Narragansett, R.I., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Candice Mehlenbacher, 44, of 6 Highway Point was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Anthony Genovese, 50, of 50 Clarks Fall Road, North Stonington, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and driving an unregistered vehicle.
