Jesse L. Wilson, 32, of Lebanon, was charged Sunday with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Ashley A. Mell, 28, of 120 Cliff St., Norwich, was charged Sunday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Terrence F. Kirker, 38, of 10 Royal Oaks Drive, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, passing in a no-passing zone and disregarding a traffic control signal.

Darren Sherburn, 22, of 495 Laurel Hill Ave., Apt. 6, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Marcel Pierre, 47, of Waterbury, was charged Sunday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Willie Grant-Hall, 35, no current address, was charged Sunday with two counts of violation of a standing protective order and one count each of second-degree threatening and third-degree criminal mischief.

Amanda Hazard, 40, of 45 Coit St., Apt. A, was charged Monday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Joseph Gingerelli, 58, of 52 Pine Road, Jewett City, was charged Sunday in Griswold with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, second-degree assault, threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree strangulation, and second-degree unlawful restraint.

John S. Westervelt, 27, of 7 Boulder Court, Mystic, was charged Sunday in Groton with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

Amalia L. Blumberg, 48, of 74 Sergio Franchi Drive, Stonington, was charged Sunday in Groton with driving too slowly, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Brian Ahern, 36, of 4 Ann St., No. 2, Westerly, R.I., was charged May 22 in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Robert Rushford, 39, of 23 Pratte Ave., Taftville, was charged May 22 in Montville with violation of a protective order.

Christopher Marsh, 51, of 1 Chestnut Lane, Niantic, was charged May 17 in Groton with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Patricia Sloan, 67, of East Hampton, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat.
