    Groton City

    Ethan R. Baser, 20, of 384 Race Hill Road, Madison, was charged Tuesday with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Nicohlas J. Lobianco, 21, of 3 Old Colony Lane, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Rajaidia Brown, 23, of 537 Bank St., Apt. 5, New London, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Groton Town

    Kayla N. Arder, 25, of 34 Flint Court was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

    Gregory Yacovou, 24, of 4 Rhode Island Lane was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Dawn M. Noyce, 49, of 25 Bingham Road, Canterbury, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain lane and failure to obey a traffic signal.

    Riley S. Pyzalski, 21, of 6 Woodlane Drive East was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and speeding.

    Bruce M. Dooley, 46, of 35 Low Pine Trail, Old Lyme, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Chester Z. Pierce, 46, of 24 Monroe Lane was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Amanda N. Evans, 23, of 118 Branford Ave., No. 36, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.

    Anthony A. Arroyo, 18, of 40 Crystal Ave., Apt. C33, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer.

    Marcos Ortiz, 20, of 48 Crystal Ave., Apt. A66, was charged Monday with carrying a dangerous weapon and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Dana Reels, 30, of 45 Connecticut Ave. was charged Monday with third-degree criminal trespass.

    Laura Allen, 49, of 200 Montauk Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with violation of probation.

    Alfredo Martinez Jr., 47, of 79 Mountain Ave. was charged Sunday with first-degree failure to appear in court and violation of a restraining order.

    Robert J. Brown Jr., 50, of no certain address was charged Sunday with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

    Joshua Burkhalter, 30, of 212 High St., Baltic, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Mariah Galipeau, 25, of 24 Tanglewood Drive, Preston, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Jason G. Palmer, 26, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Tuesday with three counts of failure to appear in court.

    Maureen G. Balsbaugh, 47, of 710 Noank Road, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Waterford

    Geselle Despatie, 23, of Brooklyn was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Desiree Gagnon, 28, of Wauregan was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

    Luke Bisbee, 25, of Danielson was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Randall Wilson, 25, of Marlborough was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit a crime.

    Davon Fauntleroy, 24, of 19 Terrace Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to display plate and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.
