    Groton City

    Lacy E. Dunn, 34, of 37 Nicholas Ave. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, second-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

    Groton Town

    Justin J. Williams, 29, of 107 Governors Circle was charged Wednesday with breach of peace. 

    Jessica M. Schaen, 34, of Daytona Beach, Fla., was charged Wednesday with second-degree forgery, interfering with police and failure to respond to a payable violation.

    Jessica M. Schaen, 34, of Daytona Beach, Fla., was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny, issuing a bad check and possession of narcotics. 

    Norwich

    Shawn Fleck, 46, of 120 Cliff St. was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Pamela Brown, 33, of 1 Tanner Ave. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without insurance.

    Roland Ewell, 24, of 33 Providence St. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, having no facial protection and possession of marijuana.

    Sara Silva, 19, of 121 W. Main St., Baltic, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and following with intent to harass.

    Luiza Silva, 25, of 91 Leffingwell Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a 911 call.

    State police - Montville

    Robert Devost, 33, of 89 River Street, Baltic, was charged Thursday in Sprague with third-degree assault, breach of peace and risk of injury to a child.

    Earl Kaiser, 59, of 213 Broad Street, Groton, was charged Thursday in New London with disobeying signal of an officer and interfering with an officer.

    Waterford

    Wayne Hampton, 55, of Colchester was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Brandon Stephenson, 28, of 15 Gurly Road, East Lyme, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of MDMA and possession of heroin with intent to sell.

    Christopher Hedges, 28, of Hartford was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny.
