Melinda Clarke, 39, of New Britain was charged Wednesday with making a false statement and interfering with an officer.

Waterford

Brandon McPartland, 20, of 348 Willetts Ave. Ext. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Falicia Viscione, 21, of 3 Ridgewood Ave. was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
