Sonja N. Willhite, 38, of 193 Thames St., No. 209, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration and driving a vehicle with an obstructed view.

Jondy L. Smith, 37, of 600 Meridian St. Ext., No. 612, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to keep a reasonable distance.

David Hopkins, 42, of 61 Summer St. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, evading responsibility and following too closely.

James J Wise, 28, of 228 Main St., Niantic, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Jose Negron, 42, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Nancy Rosado, 49, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer.

Kyle Edwards, 38, of 59 Prospect St. was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

Jonathan Dupuis, 30, of 58 Inchcliffe Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Frank Jones, 27, of 87 Spring St. was charged June 28 with possession of narcotics, traveling unreasonably fast and driving with suspended license.

State police - Montville

Sean Mohney, 20, of 59 Long Society Road, Preston, was charged Wednesday in Preston with two counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of threatening and two counts of third-degree assault.

Waterford

Angel Smith, 42, of Westerly was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
