Christopher P. Denham, 38, of 90 Chapman St. was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with police.

Anderson Paiz, 20, of 11 High St., Apt. 7, was charged Sunday with threatening, second-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

Bridget L. Karvelis, 51, of 310 Mitchell St., Apt. G-2, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Melissa J. Bollenbach, 30, of 130 Christy Hill Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and interfering with police.

Javier Hernandez, 20, of Hartford was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Efrain Hernandez, 21, of Harford was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Andre Mercer, 49, of 52 Laurel Hill, Norwich, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.
