Antonio Anderson, 29, of Eastford was charged Wednesday with two counts of possession of narcotics and one count of possession of marijuana.

Taishia Jordan, 21, of Westerly was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joshua Blondeau, 32, of 7 Delmar Court was charged Wednesday with unlawful restraint, first-degree threatening and interfering with a 911 call.

Elizabeth Carlotta, 47, of Otis, Mass., was charged July 29 in Salem with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Gregory Allen, 21, of 71 New London Turnpike, Norwich, was charged July 23 in Hebron with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway and failure to obey a stop sign.

Colleen Leonard, 26, 80 Mohegan Road, No. 4, Norwich, was charged July 22 in Colchester with criminal violation of a restraining order and disorderly conduct.

Andrew Senuta, 29, of 102 Rimek Road, Lisbon, was charged Tuesday in Norwich on a warrant with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Trevon Wiggins, 22, of 91 West Thames St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Preston with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal sale of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis.
