Waterford — Police on Saturday issued a Silver Alert for a missing 14-year-old named Andrew Kilgore.
He is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, weighing 114 pounds and 5 foot 4 in height. He was last seen earlier in the day Saturday wearing a light-colored shirt and jeans.
Anyone with information on Kilgore's whereabouts is asked to call Waterford police at (860) 442-9451.
