    Ledyard

    Vannaleth Pheuychandavong, 41, of Dayville, was charged Monday with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    State Police — Montville

    Ronald M. Tavares, 49, of 291 Cassaduck Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Saturday in Griswold with second-degree violation of conditions of release.

    Clara Williams, 19, of 12 Bonville Drive, Uncasville, was charged Aug. 17 in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Zachary Hunt, 21, of 242 Mechanic St., Danielson, was charged Aug. 14 in North Stonington with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Khijiemjh Miller, 19, of 64 White Plains Road was charged Aug. 20 with driving with a suspended license.

    Crystal Mackin, 34, of 164 Packer Road, Canterbury, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without ignition device and failure to obey stop sign.

    Jacob Bastien, 37, of 30 Meeting House Lane, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a controlled substance.

    Schadrae Jeanty, 19, of 308 Central Ave. was charged Sunday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Amber Allard, 18, of no certain address in New London was charged Friday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Anthony J. Fusco, 25, of 18 Hallville Road, Preston, was charged Sunday with traveling unreasonably fast and driving with a suspended license.

    Nykko Colon, 19, of 81 B Norwich Ave., was charged Monday with violation of probation and first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jackson J. Jeffery, 31, of 10 Carolina Drive, Apt. 27, Oakdale, wsa charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights lit.

    Nicole L. Brayman, 37, of 511 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Kirsty G. Houston, 34, of 511 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Kathe D. Hewes, 72, of 142 Water St. was charged Sunday with evading responsibility.
