Frank I. Kelly, 23, of 959 Shewville Road was charged Wednesday with criminal possession of a firearm, stealing a firearm and carrying a pistol without a permit.

State police - Montville

Josue Paiz-Padilla, 39, of 33 Concord Court, Groton, was charged Wednesday in New London with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jessica L. Monahan, 38, of 29 Blueberry Hill Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday in Montville with three counts of violation of probation.

Stonington

Gary C. Grice, 46, of 19 Kelly St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.
