Waterford — Crews on Monday are slated to begin the complete replacement of the culvert that runs underneath Oil Mill Road, according to police.

Police said they expect the road to be closed in its 100 block until Dec. 15. Vehicular traffic will be prohibited in the area through the duration of the closure.

Police said detour signs will be posted in the area to assist motorists. Mattern Construction Inc. is performing the construction.
