Three-car crash slows traffic on I-395 in Norwich

Norwich — A three-car crash on Interstate 395 south slowed traffic for about an hour Wednesday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation.

DOT officials said the crash happened between exits 18 and 14 around 8 a.m. Crews closed the right lane as they worked to clear the wreck.

All lanes were open by 9 a.m.
