    East Lyme

    Anthony Erazo, 28, of 49 Colman St., New London, was charged Wednesday on a warrant with second-degree burglary, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Kyley J. Chornoby, 29, of 40 Will Road, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jarvis Surney, 23, of 108 Connecticut Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with second-degree threatening.

    Jeffrey Rivera, 29, of 10 Marcia Drive, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

    Paul Dennis McAllister, 36, of Deep River was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Douglas Henton, 49, of 178 Vauxhall St. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and interfering with a 911 call.

    Dylan Goss, of 39 Rosemary St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Kelvin J. Vilorio, 23, of 846 Bank St., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Jamir William Johnson, 18, of 846 Bank St., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Brandon Smith, 21, of 432 Jefferson Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.

    Claudio Alexander Chacha, 24, of 28 Whittaker Drive, Stonington, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    State police - Montville

    Ismael Vasquez, 36, of Meriden was charged Friday with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Thomas Maher, 39, of Providence was charged Friday with engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving - operating over 85 mph, possession of drug paraphernalia, operation of a motor vehicle without a license, operating or towing an unregistered vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, and insurance coverage fails minimum requirements.

    Kayla Lynn Murray, 26, of Baltic was charged Thursday with possession with intent to sell/dispense narcotics and illegal possession of narcotics.

    Richard Allen Reiser, 37, of Deep River was charged Thursday with possession with intent to sell/dispense narcotics and illegal possession of narcotics.

    Thomas Barrows, 31, of Thermos Apartments, Norwich, was charged Thursday with sixth-degree larceny and driving with a suspended license.

    Matthew Rybka, 28, of 359 Long Hill Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with criminal impersonation.
