    Montville

    Christopher Hasbrouck, 43, of Lisbon was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics.

    Shane O'Neill, 31, of Danielson was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    New London

    William Smith, 41, of 46 Crystal Ave., Apt. B22, was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court and being a fugitive from justice.

    Robert F. Blue, 35, of 48 Maple  Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right. 

    Amadeus Harris, 31, of 120 Riverview Ave. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

    Lawrence Medina, 31, of no certain address was charged Saturday with violation of probation and breach of peace.

    Michelle Williams, 25, of 495 Laurel Hill Ave., No. 15F, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Joyvon Petillo, 19, of 199 Shaw St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with police, possssion of a pistol without a permit and carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Mario Vargas, 19, of 117 Williams Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

    Norwich

    An 18-year-old male from Norwich was charged Friday with two counts of second-degree sexual assault.

    A 17-year-old male from Willimantic was charged Saturday with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    A 17-year-old female from Willimantic was charged Saturday with failure to obey a traffic signal, driving under the influence of alochol or drugs and possession of marijuana.

    State police — Montville

    Brandon Burnette, 19, of Lisbon was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christopher Goneau, 25, of 8 Talbot Ave., Plainfield, was charged Saturday in Montville with failure to register as a sexual offender.
