Katie E. Collins, 31, of 6A Beatrice St., Westerly R.I., was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a child and sixth-degree larceny.

Jeremy Doughty, 26, of 42 Jay St. was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Stonington

Erica A. Foster, 28, of 2454 Grasco Road, Griswold, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Susan M. Mitchell, 58, of 31 Trumbull St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Waterford

Dominic Rollo, 29, of Bristol, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Andrea Rolon, 18, of 51 Spithead Road was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without a front registration plate.

Lindsey Jackson, 26, of 90 North St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Ariel Lopez-Calderon, 29, of 151 Golden St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Pilar Cardona, 32, of 91 South St., Taftville, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Elba Cartegena-Orellana, 41, of 2 Union St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.
