    Emmanuel Mercado, 31, of 13 Jefferson Ave., No. 2, was charged Friday with failure to verify address of a sexual offender.

    Jose Gomez, 26, of 92 Truman St. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

    Rashib Robledo, 42, of 39 Truman St., No. 3, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Javona Green, 25, of 6 Beech Drive, Norwich, was charged Thursday with two counts possession of narcotics, two counts possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Nehamin Carroll, 26, of 48 Cristal Ave., B7, was charged Thursday with sale of narcotics, two counts possession of narcotics, two counts possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Nahkim Carroll, 20, of 56B Anthony Road was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, two counts of possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    James Butler, 24, of 45 Lathrop Road, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics.

    Alexis Vasquez-Jimenez, 34, of Bridgeport was charged Saturday with operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and improper registration.

    Jose L. Berroa-Sanchez, 30, of 35 Perry St., Apt. 1, New London, was charged Saturday in Waterford with operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle, operating without a license and criminal impersonation.

    Jazsmin Tracy, 26, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny.
