Karen L. Tillett, 60, of Fairfield was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Masahiro Yasutomi, 70, of Hamden was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey stop sign and failure to drive right.

Wise Preda-Modesto, 32, of 38 Central Ave. was charged Tuesday with failure to drive right and driving with a suspended license.

Adam Clarke, 26, of 19 Thermos Ave. was charged Tuesday with sale of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics and possession of controlled substance.

Heather Rodriguez, 35, of Willimantic was charged Dec. 7 with sale of heroin, possession of narcotics, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

Plainfield

Joseph Silva, 42, of 1 Tiffany Ave., Waterford, was charged Saturday with possession of crack cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, failure to carry a narcotic in its original container and interfering with an officer.
