Groton City police seek missing 15-year-old

Groton — City police are searching for a 15-year-old who they said went missing Wednesday.

Alicha Ruiz is described as a white female who has black hair and brown eyes. She's 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds.

Ruiz was last seen wearing a black Nike jacket, mint green pants and black boots.

No photo of Ruiz was available.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at (860) 445-2451.
