Waterford — Police say they have made no arrests in connection with two unrelated armed robberies that occurred along Boston Post Road Saturday night.
Lt. Timothy Silva said in the first incident a man was held up at knife point after withdrawing cash at an ATM. A struggle ensued and the victim suffered a minor injury, and the suspect fled on foot. After returning home the victim then called emergency services.
About two hours later another individual reported a robbery to police, Silva said. This time the individual was reportedly held up at gunpoint after being picked up by a car.
Silva said that the two crimes are unrelated.
