Gerard Baudet, 71, of 30 Guthrie Place was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree unlawful restraint and animal cruelty.

Kimberly Lucas, 41, of 23 Rosemary St. was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Angelys Ubiles, 23, of Waterbury was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and having an incorrect number of headlights.

Robert Sherry, 55, of 44 Norwich Ave. was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

Keith Torrey, 42, of 87 Fifth St. was charged Sunday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Zeeshan Rashid, 37, of Newington, was charged Sunday with having an improper number of headlights and driving with a refused, suspended or revoked license.
