    Police seek man in self-storage unit thefts in Griswold

    Griswold — Connecticut State Police are seeking information on break-ins and thefts at the CubeSmart self-storage facility at 1065 Voluntown Road.

    Police said that between 10:19 p.m. Tuesday and 3:37 a.m. Wednesday, a masked white man cut the locks on 17 storage units and took items.

    Police believe he was driving a silver or gray 2004-2008 Ford F-150 with a short bed. The vehicle last was seen heading west on Voluntown Road toward I-395.

    Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact State Trooper McGregor at (860) 848-6500.
