    Ledyard

    Kyle S. Fox, 29, of 90 Sharp Hill Road, Montville, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

    Norwich

    Samantha Marie Danforth, 26, of Griswold was charged July 8 with unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Brian Upwright, 34, of Griswold was charged July 8 with unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Giovanni Planer, 26, of 378 Burning Tree Drive, Groton, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.  

    State police — Montville

    Keith A. Burns, 58, of Griswold was charged Tuesday in Voluntown with interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    John P. Morin, 48, of Canterbury was charged Tuesday in Sprague with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Samantha Marie Barreira, 21, of no certain address was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with possession of a controlled substance and conveying an unauthorized item into a correctional facility.

    Stonington

    Marianne Hartwell, 69, of 32 Upper Pattagansett Road, Apt. 26, East Lyme, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Oluwaseun M. Famodimu, 27, of no certain address was charged Monday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Josephine Hoffman, 24, of no certain address was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Ashley Tackling, 25, of 6 Oak Ridge Drive, Old Lyme, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, improper use of markers and failure to have lights lit.

    James S. McEnerney, 58, of 13 Pleasant St., Mystic, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Eliza Matteson, 26, of Westerly was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.
