    Windsor Locks - Members of the Connecticut National Guard's 1-169 General Support Aviation Battalion said goodbye to family members prior to their departure from the guard's Aviation Support Facility in Windsor Locks to Fort Hood, Texas Wednesday. The 90-member unit will undergo further training and validation in Texas before being deployed to Kosovo to supply aerial medical evacuation, transportation, maintenance, fueling and fuel testing for U.S. units stationed there.
