'Mad Men' recap: We’re stuck on a 'Forecast,' too

There are only a few things we agreed on about Sunday’s episode of “Mad Men.” First: we don’t like Joan’s new squeeze, Richard. Also, we had similar reactions to the return of Glen Bishop. We liked Peggy’s and Joan’s outfits, too.

    That’s about it.

Our latest podcast reveals the major points of contention have only gotten worse. Among them: the extent to which Don is a “scumbag”; Peggy’s reaction to Don’s non-performance review; Sally’s struggles; and Don’s realtor: is she efficient or does she lack initiative? Is Megan just another in a long line of victims? How old was she when they got married anyway. (See who was right, here.)

Titled the “The Forecast,” the episode places cast and fan community in an existential limbo and unable to see where the story is taking us. Does it get better, as Don ponders to his dictaphone? Or is this all there is? We hash it out on our latest podcast:
