The UConn men's basketball team has an interesting path in the 2015 Battle 4 Atlantis in Paradise Island, Bahamas.

The bracket for the eight-team tournament field was released Thursday.

UConn will face Michigan in its opener on Nov. 25. It will be the fourth meeting in the series. Michigan has won two of three, including posting a 68-63 win in Ann Arbor in the last meeting on Jan. 10, 2010.

The winner would play either Syracuse or Charlotte on Thanksgiving.

UConn hasn't faced Syracuse since 2013 when both teams left the Big East. The two teams have waged some memorable battles over the years, including an epic six-overtime game in the 2009 Big East tournament. The Orange prevailed 127-117, increasing their edge in the overall series 54-37.

The Huskies won the only previous meeting with Charlotte in 1989.

On the other side of the bracket, Gonzaga faces Washington and Texas plays Texas A&M in first-round games.
