    State Police — Colchester

    Lucie Andrade, 27, of 35 Ward St., Norwich, was charged Oct. 3 in Lebanon with driving with a suspended license, speeding, criminal impersonation and violating conditions of release.

    Donald Layman, 53, of 446 Old Colchester Road, Salem, was charged Sept. 30 in Salem with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christina Michon, 48, of 86 Doyle Road, Montville, was charged Sept. 28 in Bozrah with second-degree breach of peace.

    State Police — Montville

    Hussain Almontaser, 30, of New Britain, was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

    Alicia Madore, 29, of 470 Norwich Ave., Taftville, was charged Tuesday in Sprague with second-degree breach of peace.

    Jennifer Marcaurel, 41, of East Hampton, was charged Tuesday in Montville with violation of probation.

    Waterford

    Alicia Carrion, 33, of 107 Michael Road, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to display plates.

    Robert Berry, 33, of 136 North Main St., Jewett City, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and driving in violation of license classification.

    Monte White, 33, of 563 Boston Post Road was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility and unsafe backing.

    Neal Harris, 50, of Guilford, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Daniel Lara, 22, of 76 Fitch Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with three counts of violation of probation.
