    Goat on the lam in New London

    New London - New London police animal control officer Tonya Kloiber retrieved a male goat that was found roaming around Bates Woods Park Tuesday.

    Kloiber and patrol officer Deanna Nott rounded up the goat and brought him back to his home located on Davis Farms Way. Officer Nott was one of the officers who also rescued the loose alligator a few days ago.
