Killingworth Police Incident Report for Jan. 26

The Source publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in Madison and Killingworth. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. Wednesday, Jan. 26Senior correspondent Jason J. Marchi compiles the Police Incident Report.

• A 50 year-old Clinton man was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs after a trooper responded to the report of a vehicle off the side of Chittenden Road. The operator was found intoxicated and failed a standardized field sobriety test. The case remains under investigation.
