Charles Green, 52, of 73 Cedars St., was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal mischief.
Sunni Smith, 34, of 56 Tenth St., was charged Wednesday with first-degree identity theft, criminal attempt to commit first-degree larceny and first-degree forgery.
