Twylah Greaves, 24, of 163 Laurel Dr., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended registration, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and speeding.

Joaquin Molina Moscoso, 52, of 107 Lincoln Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey traffic control signals.

Christopher Perry, 39, of 17 Williams St., New London, was charged Tuesday with one count of sixth-degree larceny, three counts of violation of probation and four counts of failure to submit to fingerprinting.
