It's great to welcome spring once more and with it the cheerful, brave bulbs to brighten our days. But, animals are out and about also.

However, I do want to congratulate the public in general for restraining their pets from defacing neighbors' property. So, please keep your pets on a leash and above all remember that handy, plastic bag.
