Norwich - After investigating tips supplied by local residents, city patrol officers and detectives working with agents from the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration arrested two Rockwell Street men on drug charges.

Officers used a search-and-seizure warrant to make entry into the residence and confiscated heroin, narcotics, and more than $2,400 in cash.

Michael D'Andria, 22, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. Adam Tinsley, 23, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia

D'Andria and Tinsley were each held on $25,000 bonds pending arraignment this morning in Norwich Superior Court.
