Just wondering if everyone who is sending money to the Cayman Islands, and other offshore spots, and not paying the U.S. taxes on this money are in that rich or super rich group that President Obama wants to raise taxes on?

If they paid their fair share here, maybe we would be in less of a dilemma at this time.
