    Lamar Dante Fluker, 35, of 112 Brandegee Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with threatening and second degree criminal mischief.

    Montville

    Mark A. Linskens, 47, of 1486 Old Colchester Road, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and unsafe backing.

    Kathenne Lopez, 26, of 135 Breezy Knoll, Mystic, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

    Christopher A. Allard, 21, of 9A Mechanic St., Jewett City, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and interfering with police.

    Matthew Santiago, 21, of 10 South B St., Taftville, was charged Saturday with interfering with police.

    Roxanne Lopez, 24, of 8 Coit St. was charged Saturday with assault on a police officer, interfering with police and breach of peace.

    Robert Allen, 29, of 23 Moore Ave., No. 1, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Frederick Thomas, 32,of 34 Skyline Drive, Salem, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating with a suspended license and no seat belt.

    Stonington

    Margaret Begina Saunders, 62, of 19 Washington St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, and failure to drive right.

    Kalie Arruda, 21, of Gladville, Tenn., was charged Thursday with operating under the influence, evading responsibility, and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Jennifer Carilli, 23, of Lebanon was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

    Jeffrey Colin, 25, of Nanuet, N.Y., was charged Thursday with sixth-degree larceny, credit card counterfeiting and third-degree identity theft.

    Darrion Forbes, 20, of Springfield Gardens, N.Y., was charged Friday with sixth-degree larceny, credit card counterfeiting and third-degree identity theft.

    Ernesto Quinones, 25, of 40 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Friday with two counts first-degree failure to appear and three counts second-degree failure to appear.
