Saturday night live at Foxwoods, with Dana Carvey, Dennis Miller and Kevin Nealon

Live! From Foxwoods! It's Saturday niiiiiiiiight!

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

How could I, considering that Saturday at MGM Grand at Foxwoods, three of "Saturday Night Live's" alums team up for a night of stand-up.

Dana Carvey, Dennis Miller, and Kevin Nealon are all on the bill. Carvey and Miller are clearly the Lennon and McCartney of the group, while Nealon is Ringo, but, still, this should be an absolute riot.

Since Carvey is my fave of the group - and one of the most entertaining people I've ever interviwed, which I did back in 1995 - I'll just toss out a couple of pieces of Carvey trivia.

Dana Carvey had his own ABC sketch-comedy show in 1996. You know who else was involved with the show? Steve Carell. Stephen Colbert. Louis C.K. And yet it bombed. Go figure.

Carvey recently told Newsday that, when he was in Cedars-Sinai for angioplasty, he was in the room next door to Frank Sinatra when Ol' Blue Eyes died in 1998. This was around the time that Carvey had bypass surgery - and the doctor operated on the wrong artery.

The hatchet has been buried! Carvey and Mike Myers had a falling-out after "Wayne's World," but the duo reunited in April for a special Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences screening of that film - and even looked happy to be photographed together.

Dana Carvey, Dennis Miller, Kevin Nealon, 8 p.m. Saturday, MGM Grand at Foxwoods; $45-$75; 1-800-200-2882.
