Kody Machowski, 20, of 163 Pennsylvania Ave., Apt. B, was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

Justin Jones, 26, of 326 Vauxhall St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Michael Kevin Price, 43, of 30 Lee Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal damage of landlord's property and four counts of fourth-degree larceny.

Amanda Marceau, 28, of no certain address was charged Thursday with two counts of violation of probation, third-degree forgery and third-degree larceny.

Emanuel Rivera, 41, of 64 Boswell Ave. was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer and violation of probation.

Hector Sanabria, 40, of Boston was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Joseph Rivas, 22, of New Haven was charged Wednesday in Montville with breach of peace and second-degree harassment.

Waterford

Carlos Tapia Lopez, 29, of 8 Valley Road, Clinton, was charged Thursday with driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry proper insurance, criminal impersonation and improperly colored stop lamps.

John Atencio, 42, of 274 Meridian St., Groton, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespassing, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court.
