Myrna E. Pratts, 25, of 13 Bishop Lane was charged Friday with second-degree reckless endangerment, evading responsibility and third-degree criminal mischief.

Katie Anne White, 23, of 83 Ohio Ave. was charged Friday with first-degree falsely reporting an incident, misuse of emergency 911 and disorderly conduct.

Kenneth Donahue, 23, of 27 Greene Ave. was charged Friday with two counts of third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny, two counts of third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

Jon Varcellone, 41, of Old Saybrook was charged Saturday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Maureen Sullivan, 59, of 53 Park Ave., Uncasville, was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

David Shenandoah, 28, of Westerly was charged Sunday in Groton with reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Ricardo Kearse, 53, of 39 East Haddam Road, Salem, was charged Monday in Groton with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Waterford

Kimberli Gudo, 25, of 25-27 Ocean Ave., Niantic, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license or registration and improper passing.

Stephen Deluca, 43, of 216 Highrock Road, Groton, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license or registration.
