    Seasonal cheer on New London's Parade Plaza

    New London - Crews from the City of New London Public Works Highway Division worked with volunteers from East Coast Welding and Fabrication in setting up the New London Christmas tree on Parade Plaza in New London Thursday morning. The tree, a 30-foot balsam fir, donated by Pat Diodato and her husband, Michael, of Uncasville, arrived at 10:20 a.m. on a flatbed.
